This Deputy Nurse Manager role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager looking to take the next step in nursing home leadership. What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration (RGN).
- Experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager.
- Background in nursing home settings (nursing, dementia, residential).
- Strong knowledge of compliance, audits, and clinical governance.
- Confidence supporting staff performance and clinical leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Home Manager in overseeing clinical and operational standards.
- Act as senior clinical decision-maker in the manager’s absence.
- Lead by example on the floor, supporting and guiding nursing teams.
- Oversee audits, care plans, risk assessments, and governance processes.
- Help ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care across the home.
