What skills and experience we're looking for
Is an effective and reflective classroom practitioner (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Has a good understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum including phonics ( Read Write Inc )
Demonstrates a nurturing approach and high expectations for all pupils
