Your new role
As a Housing and Wellbeing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting residents with day‑to‑day housing needs while promoting their overall wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include providing frontline support, assisting with tenancy queries, signposting residents to relevant services, maintaining accurate records, and helping create a safe, supportive environment. This is a part‑time position offering between 17 and 25 hours per week, with a salary of £24,000-£26,000 per annum (pro‑rata), depending on experience and hours worked.
