Summary
OVERVIEW: Independent End-Point Assessors (IEPAs) ensure Level 6 Enhanced Clinical Practitioner apprentices meet industry standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct End-Point Assessments (EPA) in line with the approved EPA plan and grading criteria. Make fair, consistent, unbiased assessment judgements. Record and report assessment outcomes accurately and on time. Provide clear, technically informed feedback when required. Maintain up-to-date CPD and clinical competence. Take part in induction, training, and standardisation activities. Identify and report risks, conflicts of interest, or suspected malpractice. Apply all FutureQuals EPA policies, procedures, and quality requirements. Deliver assessments professionally, impartially, and with a learner-centred approach. LOCATION: Remote working Must have reliable internet and a suitable professional environment for virtual assessment delivery.
