Summary

We're looking for a Social Impact and Communications Coordinator to join our Norfolk contract team based in Norfolk. In this role you'll be working within the Transportation team, supporting them in delivering meaningful social impact across our Norfolk contract. Location: Wymondham, Norfolk - travel to the office required with some remote working available

Hours: Permanent Fulltime 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year + £5k annual car allowance + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Social Impact and Communications Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to create positive change through strategic social value initiatives while supporting the team's communications needs. This role offers the perfect balance of creativity and purpose in a supportive environment.

Your day to day will include:

-Leading our Norfolk social impact initiatives, with special focus on our Care Leaver Programme

-Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, partners and our supply chain

-Creating engaging communications content including briefings, case studies and internal updates

-Tracking, reporting and showcasing our social value outcomes for both internal and client reporting

-Championing diversity and inclusion through thoughtful engagement with our communities



What are we looking for?

This role of Social Impact and Communications Coordinator is ideal if you:

-Have previous experience of delivering social Impact projects and driving social value

-Are a natural communicator with excellent organisational skills

-Are comfortable both working independently and collaborating within a team

-Feel passionate about creating positive change in the communities where we work
