ABOUT THE JOB
Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A probation period will be necessary in the first instance. Wages will be paid 4 weekly. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you. Support cannot be carried out in the personal assistant’s own home.

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a mature lady living in the Butetown area of Cardiff. I am very young at heart but old in ability. I love to watch nice things on the television and take great pride in myself and my home. I have a small family that I love to speak to most of the time.
PURPOSE OF JOB
I need help with day-to-day tasks which can vary from helping me to keep my place clean and tidy, to picking up a pint of milk and posting a parcel. Some help with technology would also be great.
PLACE OF WORK
In my home and out in the community.
HOURS OF WORK
The relief cover would be for when the permanent PA is on holiday or off sick with extra time on a to assist with longer tasks.
RATE OF PAY
£14.90
TASKS INVOLVED
Meal preparation
Checking if food is in date and edible
Supporting me with sorting out mail
Light domestic tasks
Shopping
Supervise, encourage and support with personal care
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED
Someone who is efficient and who uses their own initiative
Someone who is reliable
Someone who is helpful
Someone who is calm and caring
