Summary
We are seeking a reliable and practical School Caretaker to support the day-to-day running of a secondary school site.
Please do not apply if you do not have the following: relevant caretaking experience, Enhanced DBS (child workforce)
Duties will include general site maintenance, basic repairs, opening and closing the premises, health and safety checks, and carrying out cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
The successful candidate will be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to site safety and cleanliness.
Key requirements:
Previous caretaking, facilities or cleaning experience
Enhanced DBS (child workforce)
Basic health and safety awareness
Good timekeeping and reliability
