About the Role
We are a growing home refurbishment business delivering works across residential properties. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project managers and help keep refurbishment projects moving.
This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone organized, confident on the phone, and happy to chase things through. You’ll help make sure jobs don’t get stuck due to missing information, delayed materials, or unanswered queries.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting project managers with day-to-day project coordination
• Chasing contractors, suppliers, and consultants for quotes, updates, and information
• Booking trades, deliveries, inspections, and site access
• Keeping project trackers and spreadsheets up to date
• Logging quotes, variations, and approvals
• Helping ensure paperwork is received and filed correctly
• Communicating updates to internal teams
• Flagging delays or issues early so they can be resolved
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who is:
• Organized, reliable, and good at following things through
• Comfortable speaking to contractors and suppliers on the phone
• Confident using email, Excel, and basic office software
• Able to manage multiple tasks without losing detail
• Proactive — you don’t wait to be chased
Experience & Skills
Essential:
• Some experience in an office, admin, coordination, or customer service role
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exposure to construction, property, maintenance, or refurbishment work
• Some experience working with spreadsheets or job tracking systems
