Crynodeb
Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts, you will provide comprehensive financial support, administration, advice, and reporting. This includes supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing and analysing financial reports, processing payroll and claims, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You’ll work closely with budget holders, academic departments, and external partners to deliver high-quality financial services.
The team is based in our Headington Campus, colleagues typically work approximately two days a week in the office and the remainder at home.
What we’re looking for:
- GCSE passes in English and Maths or strong Maths and English skills (written and spoken).
- Practical experience in financial administration within a complex organisation, including record-keeping, reconciliations, and supporting budget holders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Desirable: AAT or equivalent qualification.
