Summary
Come join us! Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our field-based account management team at the UKs leading FM company, overseeing client requirements within our Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services business.
We are seeking an energetic and valued contributor who can ensure that we deliver exceptional results everyday to our clients. You will visit client sites to drive service quality through regular auditing, increase revenue through asset development plans, sustainability initiatives and general projects to improve the first impressions of the site. You will be responsible for meeting client FMs on-site to develop relationships and ensure positive NPS results whilst ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met, financial performance is accurate, and all systems and processes are updated accordingly.
Agile, flexible working is critical to the continuing success of the Landscapes business, the ability to embed performance excellence through an operating model which supports operational seasonal peaks and out of hours customer support is critical as client demands change throughout the year.

Reporting to the National Account Director you will manage your own portfolio under their guidance, ensuring we deliver the exceptional every day.
You will be responsible for.
-Increasing the company's total revenue from the designated contracts
-Maximising the contract life cycle through integration of the contracts and understanding the philosophy and culture of the customer
-Managing and developing a professional relationship with your clients and your internal colleagues
-Ensuring all internal and external KPIs and SLAs are met
-Constantly striving to improve efficiency and utilisation of resources.
-Overseeing the financial management of these clients and make improvements to the debt management process
What we are looking for.
-Experienced within field based account management and delivering results
-Experience within the landscapes industry is preferred but not essential
-Can demonstrate a passion for developing relationships internally and externally
-Communication and people management skills
-Self-motivated and Proactive
-Flexible and willing to travel throughout your region on a daily basis to visit client sites
-Proficient in high level use of Microsoft suite of programmes and good overall IT skills
-Able to understand the importance of delivering on all SLAs & KPIs
Seeks out and takes opportunities to learn new skills as part of personal professional development
