About the roleAs Head of Clinical Services at Renacres Hospital, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the Hospital Director and the Senior Leadership Team, providing leadership and operational management to meet the hospital's objectives. Your commitment to developing evidence-based acute care, along with your drive, creativity, and resilience, will be essential. What you'll bring- Strong clinical background in acute surgical/medical care- NMC or HCPC Registered- Significant senior clinical role experience- Surgical environment experience preferred- Clinical governance and budget management experience- Ability to monitor and manage resources- Experience leading clinical projects- Develop relationships with stakeholders (e.g., Integrated Care Systems, GPs, Consultants)- Proven leadership and team management, ensuring CQC compliance- Understanding of legal and professional care standards- Excellent communication skills- Decision-making and initiative- Passion for outstanding care in challenging environments- Flexible and positive attitude
