Project Manager
London, W11 (with hybrid working)
About Us
We’re Big Group, an award-winning, independent creative marketing agency who apply bigger thinking to everything we do. For over 30 years, we’ve been helping our clients create memorable EXPERIENCES, drive business results to amplify PERFORMANCE, innovate with technology to drive TRANSFORMATION, and nurture and connect brands with consumers to build genuine COMMUNITIES.
At Big Group, we value our employees, so have given them ownership of the company. In November 2022, we became an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT), meaning that on passing probation, every single employee owns a share of the company. This will, in turn, give employees more of a sense of belonging and transparency around the business and future plans. It also allows employees to potentially benefit financially from the success of the business.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

So, if you’re ready to grow, collaborate and own your impact, read on and see where Big Group could take you next.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a diverse mix of projects for clients across creative, digital and marketing disciplines.
You will manage small-to-medium projects end to end, while supporting senior colleagues on larger, more complex programmes, spanning events and experiential work, campaigns, print, content, search and performance, web builds, CRM and marketing automation.
Working closely with Account Managers, resource teams and technical specialists, you’ll oversee budgets, track milestones and KPIs, manage risk, and ensure projects stay focused, on time and aligned with commercial priorities.
Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and clients, you will provide clear updates, present proposals and progress confidently.
Additionally, you will:
- Monitor and report on project performance, budgets and outcomes
- Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help maintain project management policies, tools and best-practice guidance
About You
To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of four years’ experience within Production, Account Management and/or Project Management (with some agency experience)
- Proven experience of effectively managing a broad range of digital, content, print and integrated projects from brief through to delivery
- Experience of financial tracking and forecasting
- An understanding of project management methodologies, e.g., Agile and Waterfall
- A technical understanding of digital standards, such as Hosting, URLs, Accessibility, etc.
- To be adept at building client relationships and working with several stakeholders to deliver targets
- The confidence to present to clients and challenge requests
