We are looking for a Housing Assistant to join our dedicated housing assistant team.
Housing Assistants provides an efficient, effective and responsive service supporting our tenants with day-to-day housing enquiries and provide admin support to the wider housing teams.
Housing Assistants also assist with community engagement by making proactive contact with our tenants and the post holder will need to have commitment to providing excellent customer care and a quality service and a positive, proactive attitude, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with agreed policies and priorities of the council.
