Room Leader (Level 3) – Toddler Room – Up to £31,500
The toddler room is part of an Ofsted Good nursery guided by Montessori principles, where children are supported to build confidence, independence, and curiosity. This role carries responsibility for leading practice within the room, supporting staff, and ensuring consistent, development-led care throughout the day.

What You’ll Need
Essential

- Additional training in safeguarding or early years leadership
