What you’ll do as a Gymnastics Coach

You’ll be entrusted to:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching sessions
Develop initiatives to grow the gymnastics programme at Aurora
Assist in creating programmes across multiple sites
Prepare and monitor coach rotas, ensuring ratios and costs are met
Maintain accurate records for all sessions in line with facility processes
Support customers with queries in a polite and professional manner

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
5 GCSEs or equivalent (grade C and above)
Level 1 British Gymnastics Qualification (or equivalent)
Level 2 British Gymnastics Qualification (desirable)
First Aid and Child Protection training (desirable)
A passion for coaching and developing others
