Summary
Empress Social Care, a leading provider of high-quality care services, is currently recruiting for the position of Registered Manager. Based in Peterborough, with travel in the local area, our mission is to be the most reliable, efficient and effective service provider and this role is crucial to that, delivering excellent high quality support focused on achieving positive outcomes.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of our services to children and young people and will lead a dedicated team to ensure they receive the highest standards of care and support. With a creative mindset and enthusiasm for the sector you will support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, behaviours that may be challenging, Autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, sensory Impairment or a combination of these.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager or deputy manager looking for career progression who is passionate about the sector, is analytical and follows the company vision to deliver excellent quality care. You will demonstrate strong leadership and guidance to the team building a collaborative culture ensuring staff have the skills and drive to enhance service delivery. Knowledge of CQC standards, regulations and inspections is beneficial. In role, you would be responsible for the effective management of budgets, our quality assurance processes, safeguarding and incident management.
