Summary
What Youll Do Business Intelligence & Performance Reporting Design and deliver clear, accurate dashboards and reports across clinical and non-clinical services. Monitor KPIs, SLAs and outcomes across multiple contracts. Develop standardised tools and templates to support consistent, high-quality reporting. Insight to Drive Service Improvement Provide trend analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling to inform planning and transformation. Work with operational and clinical teams to understand pathways, identify variation and recommend improvements. Deliver deep-dive analysis on population health, access and outcomes to support neighbourhood strategies. Data Quality & Governance Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity and validation. Support robust data governance and security processes in line with regulatory requirements. Contribute to a single version of truth across the organisation. Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling Translate complex data into clear, compelling insight for diverse audiences. Present findings to internal leaders and external partners, including system stakeholders. Build trusted relationships that enable teams to use data confidently to tell their story of impact.
