Summary
The Senior Clinical Staff Nurse will deputise and lead the NICU in the absence of Ward Manager or Senior Sister. The Senior Clinical Staff Nurse will work closely, with the Senior Leadership Team in the delivery of evidence based practice: ensuring patients receive safe, effective and professional patient care, to meet the Directorate & Trust safety agenda, and matching parent and family expectations. The Senior Clinical Staff Nurse will work in close partnership with the Neonatal Consultants, the Nursing Team, Allied Health Professionals and the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure all patients and their families, who access the Neonatal Intensive Care, will receive high quality care throughout their neonatal journey.
