The school are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Class Teacher to cover a maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys delivering high-quality teaching and making a real impact across the primary age range.

The Role:

The successful candidate will:

• Take full responsibility for a class, including planning, preparation, and assessment

  
  

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

  
  

• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

  
  

• Demonstrate flexibility and confidence in teaching across different year groups

  
  

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership

  
  

• Uphold and support the Catholic ethos and values of the school

  
  ‍ The Ideal Candidate:

  We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Is a qualified Primary Teacher (QTS)

    
    

  • Is confident planning and delivering lessons independently

    
    

  • Can commit to full-time work, 5 days per week

    
    

  • Has experience (or confidence) teaching across multiple year groups

    
    

  • Is organised, reflective, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning

    
    

  • Has strong classroom management skills and builds positive relationships with pupils

    
    

  • Is happy to work within a Catholic school environment (you do not need to be Catholic)
