Summary


An opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor role to work within our HR Change team as a fixed term or 12 month secondment.

The role of HR Advisor will be to provide high quality advice, guidance to staff, officers and line managers on matters relating to HR policy and practice, employment law and the application of police regulations.

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience of working within a HR environment, be CIPD qualified (preferred) or part qualified & working towards full qualification. They must able to work quickly whilst paying attention to detail, be able to manage competing priorities and communicate confidently with a range of people.
