£26,000 + Quarterly KPI Bonus + Annual Profit Share Bonus

Location: Gloucester GL4

Are you people‑focused, proactive, and at your best in a fast‑paced environment?

We're looking for a HR & Engagement Co‑ordinator for our team supporting one of our major FMCG clients, working closely with a busy workforce of factory, warehouse and support staff.

You don't need HR experience - if you're people‑focused, have a good eye for detail, stay calm under pressure and are adept at building strong relationships, we'll support you with the rest.

What you'll be doing

- Being a visible onsite contact for associates and the client, helping deliver daily operations in line with KPIs and SLAs.

- Supporting welfare, engagement and ER activity to maintain a stable, reliable workforce.

- Handling RTWIs, attendance reviews and fact‑finding investigations

- Sharing real‑time site insight to help maintain required staffing levels and escalating risks early.

- Supporting inductions and onboarding so new starters are ready to meet client expectations.

- Acting on and/or escalating issues that could impact operational flow, safety, compliance or service delivery.

- Maintaining accurate admin, payroll inputs, records and documentation.

- Producing clear MI and act on attendance, engagement and workforce trends

What you will bring

- A background in a fast-paced customer / client facing role

- Strong people skills and confidence building quick rapport across all seniority levels.

- Professionalism when handling sensitive or complex conversations

- Solid organisation skills with attention to detail

- Clear, practical communication skills suited to a busy manufacturing environment

- A hands‑on, solution‑focused approach to daily challenges

- Resilience, adaptability and calm under pressure

- Confidence using systems, trackers and Microsoft applications

What you'll get

- Competitive salary and bonus

- A highly visible, people‑focused role where you can make a real impact

- A supportive high performing team with opportunities to grow your HR and engagement skills

- Experience within a major national FMCG & logistics operation

- Shopping discounts, holiday purchase scheme and other perks. For clarity you are still starting at 6am
