Summary
We are seeking an experienced Azure Engineer / Architect to review and assess the cloud infrastructure supporting an Umbraco CMS Multisite installation. The role focuses on identifying improvements in security, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- £550 - £650 p/s depending on experience
- Contract: Initially until the end of March with possible extension
- Location: Mainly remote but you will need to be able to get to site as and when needed in Birmingham
Key Responsibilities
- Review Azure resources including App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, CDN, Key Vault, and networking.
- Assess CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Evaluate security posture, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Analyse performance, scaling configuration, and monitoring setup.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and unused or misconfigured resources.
- Validate alignment with Umbraco hosting best practices.
- Produce a clear report with findings and recommended actions.
