The Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected building services contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve delivering high-value commercial and industrial electrical projects across Oxford and the surrounding area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager looking to take ownership of technically challenging projects with a strong, stable contractor.
Key Responsibilities
• Full project lifecycle management from pre-construction to final handover
• Delivery of electrical projects valued between £3–£4 million
• Programme planning, cost control and commercial reporting
• Management of subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
• Client liaison and coordination with consultants and internal teams
• Ensuring all works comply with health & safety, quality and technical standards
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
Key Requirements
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial/industrial environments
• Track record delivering electrical packages in the £3m+ range
• Strong technical electrical knowledge
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving
