Summary
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Montessori Nursery
Location: Wembley (HA9)
Salary: £26,600 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (rotating early & late shifts 7:30am–6:30pm) OR 4 days per week
Contract: Full-time
VD Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading Independent Montessori Nursery Group in the Wembley & Harrow area. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, supportive, and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences in a safe, secure, and stimulating environment
• Observe, assess, and plan for children’s individual learning and development
• Support children’s progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Work in partnership with parents and carers, encouraging strong parental involvement
• Attend and support parents’ meetings and nursery open days
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
• Carry out regular health & safety checks and risk assessments
• Use the Nursery App for observations, assessments, and communication (training provided)
Person Specification
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Ability to deliver high-quality early years practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident ICT skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
• Committed to ongoing professional development
