Action Staffing is currently recruiting Nursery Nurses / Nursery Practitioners for a range of Good and Outstanding Ofsted-rated nurseries across London. We work closely with high-quality childcare providers and receive vacancies on a regular basis, allowing us to match candidates with the most suitable roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate early years professionals looking for long-term, stable roles within supportive nursery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Assist with observations, assessments, and planning
Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
Work effectively as part of an early years team
Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of EYFS
Passion for working with children
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
