Summary

About the Role
This post is for a part-time member of staff to support the Social Work Academy. The Social Work Academy works across adult and children services to support the learning and development of Social Workers from students and above throughout their careers. The Academy develops and coordinates the programmes of support for learners.
As the Business Support Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Arranging meetings and workshops.
- Ensuring that an accurate records are produced and circulated within timescales.
- Meeting and greeting professionals when required.
- All related administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
The post holder will have strong organisational and communication skills and a good working knowledge of Social Care . Excellent IT skills are a must, as are good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work. There is an expectation that the post holder is able to work flexibly, which includes being available in the office as and when required.
