Summary
Your roles and responsibilities:
- You lead and own the relationship between VTP, its stakeholders and the digital development teams, setting the vision for digital delivery.
- You bridge the technical and business requirements together for clear vision of the digital products required.
- You manage the product backlog, ensuring the right products are built for VTP and CPS, working closely with the Project, Delivery & Product Managers for the Victim Transformation Programme.
- You provide direction to project teams to ensure delivery plans meet service expectations and are delivered to schedule and budget pro-actively to identify risks and issues and developing innovative solutions.
- You adopt an agile delivery approach to reduce risk and ensure the development of the most suitable service design for victims, whilst maintaining a focus on ensuring digital products are value for money and development timelines meet programme requirements
