In this role you provide a service to victims that is compassionate, empathetic, and consistent – helping them in a calm, professional manner during a sensitive and challenging time.
You play a crucial role working with prosecutors, police witness care units and other criminal justice colleagues, building effective working relationships to continuously improve our service to victims and ensuring victims are directed to specialist guidance and information including support services where appropriate.
