We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to be the friendly voice and trusted point of contact for our valued customers. This is your chance to play a key role at the very heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first enquiry to vehicle return.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Communicating with customers and work providers with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
• Handling incoming calls and managing all types of customer enquiries
• Resolving queries and supporting customers every step of the way
• Taking customer payments and updating their accounts accurately
• Overseeing the check-in process for vehicles and managing courtesy cars
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to process vehicle repairs
• Meeting important deadlines and working to critical timescales
• Carrying out general admin duties to keep everything running smoothly

Your Mission:
To deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing every touchpoint of our ‘Customer Journey’ — making every customer feel valued, informed, and confident in our service.
