Long Term Futures is working with a supportive primary school in Camden to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 child with complex behavioural needs. The child requires 1:1 support and can at times be aggressive towards adults, so this role suits someone calm, resilient and confident with behaviour management.
Your role:
- 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Help with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
- Work closely with the teacher and SENCO
- Support access to learning in a safe, structured way
