Summary

Fixed Term Contract (for 6 months)

The Children’s Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service is looking for an Administrative Business Manager to ensure the service continues to meet its statutory responsibilities and provide a high-quality service to children, their families and carers.

As an Administrative Business Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, leadership and management of the administrative assistants within the service. You will have experience of providing high quality supervision and managing staff, be able to cope with conflicting demands, working as part of a team as well as autonomously.

We are looking for applicants with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who have a friendly, patient and confident approach with colleagues, other professionals and members of the public.

You will be able to evidence that you have management experience, excellent IT skills and have the ability to quickly learn and navigate software and systems. We are looking for someone who is organised, can offer clear direction and manage competing demands.

You will have a professional manner when dealing with customers and clients, and process confidential and sensitive information in line with corporate and national guidelines.
