Key Responsibilities
Child Development: Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's developmental milestones. This includes organising fun and stimulating activities that promote cognitive and physical skills.
Supervision: Supervise preschool activities, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children to explore and learn.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents and carers, providing updates on children's progress and development.
Health and Safety: Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety at all times, including changing nappies and maintaining cleanliness.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to meet the needs of individual children and support their learning experiences
