Our Current Pay Rates:

Standard Rates (Leeds & Surrounding Areas):

Unqualified (Nursery Experience Required): £12.25 per hour

Level 2 Qualified: £12.50 per hour

Level 3+ Qualified: £13.00 per hour

Premium Rates (For our High-Priority Partner Nurseries):

Unqualified (Nursery Experience Required): £13.25 per hour

Level 2 Qualified: £13.50 per hour

Level 3+ Qualified: £14.00 per hour

The "Deal Breakers" (Our Entry Requirements):

Experience: Minimum 3 months recent experience specifically within a UK Private Day Nursery (School experience alone is not sufficient).

Availability: You must be able to commit to at least 8 hours (one full day) per week (Monday–Friday).

DBS: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply and pay for one immediately).

Morning Readiness: You must be reachable and ready to accept bookings starting from 7:00 AM on your working days.

Knowledge: A solid working understanding of the EYFS framework.

Logistics: Reliable transport and a willingness to travel to different settings.

References: Ability to provide two professional contacts for immediate verification.
