The Mobile Responder G5 role is a dynamic and essential position within our emergency response team, focused on providing critical support in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities
Respond to emergency calls and assess situations promptly and effectively.
Provide first aid and medical assistance as needed and coordinate with medical personnel.
Utilize mobile units and equipment to transport individuals and essential supplies to safety.
Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and strategies.
Document all actions taken during responses for future reference and training.
Conduct community outreach and educational initiatives about emergency preparedness.
Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to enhance community safety efforts.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certifications in emergency response preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in emergency services or a related field.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate emergency vehicles safely.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
Basic understanding of emergency management principles and practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
