You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and events, prepare briefings and presentations, and act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For
- Substantial experience as an EA or PA, ideally within Education, Higher Education, or cultural/creative sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management expertise.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- High IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint) and confidence in digital systems.
- A collaborative, professional approach with discretion and sound judgment.
