About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing HE Data Services team and to take a career step towards a being a data specialist for a unique University: • Providing administrative support to colleagues in the external returns, student records and curriculum data teams • Playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data that underpins the student journey and statutory reporting requirements, this is an opportunity to start or continue a career in the highly specialised area of HE Professional Administration. • At Hartpury, we are committed to supporting your professional growth. About You: • You will have experience of data processing and maintenance within the education sector • You will have experience of entering and maintaining data • You will have a proven ability to understand data structures • You will have proven experience in producing clear and professional communications, using a range of IT software and applications • You will have strong attention to detail and well-developed quality assurance skills, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work • You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and manage multiple workstreams • You will have the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels • You will have a positive customer service attitude and a commitment to giving a high-quality service to staff and students • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear email communication
