Summary
Communication - Build and sustain effective communications with other individuals or teams involved in the NOVA project, whilst working closely with clinical staff and site teams on a regular basis. Youll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider programme team. Establish and maintain strategic links with a range of external partners/stakeholders or manage the links made through the team. Analytical and Planning - Establish and maintain strategic links with a range of external partners/stakeholders or manage the links made through the team. Conduct site-wide audits and mapping of existing medical device connectivity. Collaborate with clinical, IT, and EPR programme teams to ensure successful integration. Support data migration, interface configuration, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with NHS policies, clinical safety standards, and information governance protocols Policy and Service Development - Proactively and positively contribute to the achievement of deliverables through individual and team effort. Maintain and continuously improve specialist knowledge in an aspect of Health Service which significantly contributes to the Trusts stated objectives & aims. Undertake evidence-based practice for either developments relating to Trust work or opportunities for Trust involvement around health issues. Financial and Physical Resources - Ensure that resources are used effectively and in accordance with agreed procedures. Information Resources - Dissemination of knowledge, taking full responsibility for technical accuracy and reliability and being sensitive to the wider implications of that dissemination. Effort, Skills and Working Physical Skills - Highly developed physical skills, accuracy important; manipulation offine tools, materials.
