Summary

To provide structured operational and administrative support to the Event Department across HVME and MEA regions. This entry-level role is designed for someone at the start of their career who is keen to develop hands-on experience across events, marketing operations, distributor engagement, and product launches, with clear opportunities to grow responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:
 Create, maintain, and regularly update the HVME and MEA Event Master Excel file, capturing all approved events including dates, locations, budgets, and attendees.
 Support the collection and tracking of post-event feedback to help assess effectiveness, ROI, and future event planning.
 Build and maintain a Distributor Master File, tracking distributor activity, events, and Hanwha brand visibility.
 Monitor distributor websites, social media, and newsletters to ensure correct and consistent Hanwha branding usage.
 Support the setup and scheduling of email campaigns in Force24, including newsletters, product launches, and event promotions.
 Assist with monthly data updates from Salesforce into Force24, ensuring contact and client records remain accurate.
 Support the creation of product launch emails using approved sales guides and marketing materials, coordinating internal approvals.
 Coordinate product datasheet translations with external agencies, including requesting quotes and supporting approval processes.
 Provide on-site support at UK and EU events when required, including pre-event setup, registration support, and client engagement.
 Use licensed ChatGPT tools to help analyse data, summarise reports, and support internal presentations.

Requirements:
 Recent BTEC Level student in Events, Marketing, Business, Communications, Admin or a related discipline.
 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
 Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
 Clear written and verbal communication skills.
 Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital platforms.
 Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to learn new systems such as Force24 and Salesforce.
