Summary
To lead the continual improvement of designated areas of the Nutrition & Dietetic service to ensure the service develops in line with the Trust direction to provide an efficient, effective, high quality service for our patients. To be operationally responsible for day-to-day management of the Nutrition & Dietetic service, ensuring appropriate and timely management of referrals, commencement of nutrition and dietetic assessments and treatment. To ensure the services local performance indicators are robust and evolve as required to support both Trust and National Standards to deliver a high quality, effective service, where patient experience and patient safety are a central foundation to everything we do. To support the Head of Nutrition & Dietetics to further the development of a shared vision and set of service values by embedding a culture where all staff understand these, are involved in their development, and work towards them to support the Trusts strategy and objectives.
