Summary
The full job description is attached. The postholder will take a collaborative approach with GPs, NMHTs as appropriate to manage patient flow in the system in support of the community transformation model. There are opportunities to participate in service developments and in quality improvement activities You will also ensure appropriate supervision to trainees and other clinicians in the team for improvement and effectiveness in the discharge of their clinical duties and participate / support PGME programmes in training resident doctors and medical students.
