Summary
About the role of Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you'll be a key element in the project execution to completion in the social housing industry, specifically refurbishments in Kitchen & Bathrooms and Window & Doors.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Liaise with teams of contractors, direct construction labour and the senior team to ensure seamless project completions.
- Develop and maintain working client relationships.
- Adhere to compliance throughout the project.
- Using half your time in the Oldham area and the other half in the Huddersfield area.
Requirements for Project Manager
- Previous experience in a Project Management role (ideally Social Housing)
- CSCS Card
- UK Driving Licence
