Are you ambitious and seeking a new and exciting leadership opportunity in pharmacy?
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced clinical pharmacist with strong leadership skills, to lead our clinical pharmacy team. As a member of the pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for oversight and improvement of our clinical pharmacy service. With a new Chief Pharmacist, an ambitious 2 year departmental strategy the implementation of a new EPR and a brand new replacement pharmacy robot being commissioned in Spring 2026; we are in a prime position to support you to become an outstanding pharmacy leader.
You will have a clear vision for pharmacist prescribing, relevant knowledge and experience, and experience working as a clinical pharmacist in an acute Trust.
Participation in the extended hours, weekend, Bank Holiday and on-call service will be required
As a key member of the Pharmacy Management Group the post holder is responsible for managing and leading the team delivering Clinical Pharmacy Services. The post holder will work closely with senior pharmacy colleagues in promoting a collaborative culture, embedding effective leadership, inputting strategic planning, and supporting the Trust’s governance framework and system transformation agenda.
