Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and reliable School Cleaners to join several of our partner schools across Leeds. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available to suit your schedule, offering the perfect balance for your work-life harmony.

The Role

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is vital for the health, safety, and morale of students and staff alike. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning classrooms, hallways, toilets, and staff areas.

  • Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.

  • Ensuring all cleaning chemicals are handled safely according to COSHH guidelines.

  • Deep cleaning during school holiday periods (where applicable).

What You Need to Apply

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • UK Experience: You must have previous experience working as a cleaner within the UK.

  • Background Check: An Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential (or a willingness to apply for one).

  • Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a thorough eye for detail.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
