About the Role
As a Distribution Requirements Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring optimized distribution of products across our global network. You'll manage replenishment plans, balance service levels and inventory targets, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to keep our supply chain running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain distribution requirement plans across the supply network.
  • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock in line with demand forecasts and customer service requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and logistics schedules.
  • Collaborate with demand planners, logistics, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to resolve supply exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate master data and ensure proper housekeeping of transactional data.
  • Support process improvement projects to enhance planning efficiency.


What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure issues and synthesize recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
