Summary
Job Title: Energy Assessor
Location: Nottingham
Salary Expectations: £35,000 - £45,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Thermal Modelling.
- Conduct detailed Level 5 dynamic simulations to assess energy performance.
- Perform AD O Compliance Assessments to ensure thermally efficiency and adherence to Building Regulations.
- Execute Level 4 Energy Assessments, delivering accurate and timely results.
- Develop and manage SBEM models to evaluate building energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to provide energy-saving solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Degree / Masters / Diploma.
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role gaining practical Simulation Experience on Projects.
- Dynamic Simulation Level 5 Energy Assessor accreditation.
- Proficiency in AD O Compliance Assessment.
- Level 4 Energy Assessor qualification.
- Competency in SBEM production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
