Summary

We’re looking for a fresh team, who are passionate and motivated to deliver great customer service. You will need to be naturally engaging, confident and outgoing with the ability to have authentic and genuine conversations with our guests. You’ll be intuitive with customers needs and know what it takes to go the extra mile, concentrating on every little detail to deliver an exceptional service.

Ruda's Activity and Leisure team covers a wide range of daily duties and roles, and as such can offer hours to suit most, and a varied working environment.

Roles and duties

Reception;
- Greet guests warmly, providing attentive guest service throughout their activities and bookings
- Take and amend bookings
- Process payments, and handle cash and card transactions efficiently
- Restock and assist with stock control for our pool retail
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception, ensuring a welcoming environment is maintained at all times

Crafty Hub Assistant;
- Greet guests warmly, providing attentive guest service throughout their Crafty Hub activities.
- Process payments, and handle cash and card transactions efficiently
- Restock and assist with stock control of craft supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hub, ensuring a welcoming environment is maintained at all times

Sports/Activity leader;
- Provide attentive guest service throughout their sport/activity booking
- Be responsible for the safety of guests throughout the activity, whilst ensuring they have an unforgettable experience
- Be efficient with time keeping and take responsibility for following protocol and safety checks of the equipment
- Contribute ideas to the ongoing development of the activity programme

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in similar roles previously is a bonus, but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required by the business schedule
