Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants exposure to operational finance, stakeholder partnering, and modern data and visualisation tools. You’ll play a key role in supporting accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for our Supply Chain and Procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries related to Supply Chain and Procurement.
Complete month-end tasks accurately and on time.
Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Produce weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
Support variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Provide insights to drive cost efficiency and process improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Conduct SOX compliance checks and maintain documentation.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial impacts.
Support decision-making through data-driven insights.
Ad hoc project work as required.
Key Skills and Experience
Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Interest in data, reporting, and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Exposure to an operational or commercial finance environment.
