Key Responsibilities
Participate in financial process improvement projects, offering innovative ideas and critical analysis to enhance efficiency.
Assist in creating and updating process maps, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Prepare clear and impactful presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Support the implementation of continuous improvement and finance transformation methodologies, including collaboration with our outsourced finance operations team in India.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.
Undertake other related tasks as required within the scope of the role.
What We’re Looking For
Degree-level qualification, ideally in Business Administration, Process Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in process improvement and finance transformation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Collaborative mindset and openness to learning.
1–2 years in a similar role or internship is beneficial but not essential for graduates.
Familiarity with process mapping, data analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
