Summary

Communication Support Worker – Tier 1

Hours: 35 per week, term time (38 weeks)

Salary: £27,694 - £29,556 (FTE) | Actual: £21,955 - £23,431





About the Role



We are looking for a passionate Communication Support Worker to join our Curriculum Services Team. You will provide essential support to students with learning disabilities and/or difficulties across City College Norwich, Easton College, and Paston College.



This role involves supporting students who require British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation, Additional Support (AS), and/or those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). It’s a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.

What We’re Looking For



Essential:

Level 6 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL) (Level 3 or below will not be considered)

Willingness to work towards Level 3 Certificate in Learning Support (or equivalent)
