The successful candidate must be an exceptional and inspirational Teacher with a passion for Early Years and in-depth knowledge and understanding of how children learn and develop. Leadership qualities will be a vast advantage to this role. ECT's may also be considered.
Essential Qualifications
• QTS / Degree
• Recent and relevant participation in professional development
Desirable Qualifications
• Early Years Specialism
• Post Graduate study
• Qualifications relevant to the role
• Other qualifications
• Training relevant to the role
Essential Experience
Successful teaching experience within EYFS Experience of planning and delivering the Early Years Foundation stage curriculum and assessment
Desirable Experience
• Leading and managing a Class Team
• Working with children with special educational needs
• Working with children under the age of 3 years old
